My research is on ethics, and I find it

Interesting that in business school we focus a lot

So employee theft, employees lying and cheating

about stuff, actually contributed to about one trillion

dollar loss in the U.S. annually

So my research focuses on how to make

employees more ethical, and to reduce

company spending in that regard
