近日,王丹萍老师与Martin East 合编的新书Teaching Chinese in the Anglophone World :Perspective from New Zealand在Springer 出版社出版。

国际中文教育具有影响外国学习者对中国国家形象认知的显著功能,中文水平与对中国国家形象的认知呈正相关关系。国际中文教育还可以通过教学资源内容的教学,帮助外国学习者潜移默化地构建起对中国国家形象的客观认知。此外,国际中文教育可以在为世界各国培养本土中文传播人才方面发挥重要作用。本土中文人才通晓中文和中华文化,擅长使用本国语言文字,以贴近本国文化的方式,面向本国民众讲好中国故事,传播好中国声音,助力中国国际传播体系构建,提升所在国民众对中国形象的认知。



本书简介


鉴于英语国家对外语学习的兴趣日益减少,本书对新西兰的汉语教学进行了全面概述。虽然现有的学术著作已经讨论了其他英语国家的中文教育,但本书是第一本深入研究当代多元文化的新西兰中文教学现状的著作,其中包含了权威专家的真知灼见。全书共 21 章,由 29 位撰稿人撰写,其中包括从学前教育到大学、从主流教育到社区学校等各个教育领域的研究生、资深教师和知名学者。

编者简介

Dr Danping Wang is Senior Lecturer of Chinese at the University of Auckland in New Zealand. She has nearly 20 years of experience teaching Chinese as a second language, having developed new courses and teaching resources for learners of Chinese at all levels at prestigious universities and organisations such as Renmin University, Beijing Foreign Studies University, the University of Hong Kong, and the Hong Kong Vocational Training Council. Dr Wang's dedication to Chinese language teaching and leadership in Chinese programme development has been recognised with the Teaching Excellence Award in Hong Kong. In her previous position as Assistant Professor, she also successfully secured a major research grant funded by the Hong Kong Research Grants Council. At the University of Auckland, Dr Wang is currently leading a Marsden Fund project supported by the Royal Society of New Zealand, which aims to integrate Māori epistemologies as an innovative framework to transform Chinese language education in the Aotearoa-specific context and beyond. The Faculty of Arts has also awarded her an Early Career Research Excellence Award in recognition of her contributions to promoting multiculturalism and Asian language education.



Martin East is Head of the School of Cultures, Languages and Linguistics, and Professor of Language Education. He primarily teaches courses in language teaching and learning. Prior to this appointment, Martin was a language teacher educator in the Faculty of Education and Social Work at the University of Auckland, where he worked mainly with pre-service teachers of languages other than English. Martin is an experienced teacher of languages at both secondary and tertiary levels, and has taught in England and New Zealand. He is an active member of several professional associations. Martin is Immediate Past President of the International Association for Task-Based Language Teaching (IATBLT).
