宁多千培帕优廉芒追
With great courage visiting the Noble Land of India
以大勇多次行圣域
洛追千培却棍碟尼夕
With great wisdom seeing the essence of Dharma
以大智慧见诸法实性
竹巴千培秋出吉杨敦
With great accomplishemnt performing all the miracles
以大成就显现诸神变
洛扎千波瑕拉梭哇碟
At the feet of great Translator Marpa, I supplicate
大译师玛尔巴尊者足前吾顶礼
奴突千培固扎则涅皆
With great power cutting through the attchments,
发大能力究竟断身敌
嘎界千培喇嘛涅巴最
With great endurance and practice pleasing the Guru
以极难忍苦行令师悦
竹居千培竹贝佳粲促
With great diligence upholding the vitory Banner
勇猛精进实修行宝幢
热巴千波瑕拉梭哇喋
At the feet of the great yogi Milarepa, I suplicate
大瑜伽士密勒日巴足前吾顶礼。
贴巴千培哩秋雍速瑟
With the clear Awareness of the Mahayana Path
大乘法道醒悟善根者
洽佳千波多巴恩突秋
With the call to attain realization of the nature of Mahamudra
大手印境如实现证之唤请
洽佳千波多巴恩突秋
With great Buddha actiitives
pervading the vast expance of space,
伟大佛行事业遍满等虚空，
宁贡千波瑕拉梭哇喋
At the feet of the great master Gampopa, I supplicate .
冈波巴大师足前五顶礼
唐巴南拉固贝梭大突
To all the lineage holders and masters I humbly pray
一切圣者法教传承之主我祈请
竹居殿进秋南暇滇净
To remain in this world for
continuing the lineages and teachings
传承永续正法久住
滇巴仁波秋突杰巴倘
To spread and propagate the precious Dharma
in the ten directions
殊胜法教广弘十方
吉滇给咧千培洽巴修
Till great virtue and goodness fill the entire world
直至善妙功德遍满诸世间
