桥计划10｜研讨会：托莱多(Toledo)精英知识分子的小世界（13世纪早期）
世界艺术史研究，需要完整而充分地把握所有文明的图像，分析其内在思想，以进行准确的知识发现和学术记录。现阶段的艺术史研究，在传统意义上的欧洲、美国、中国和日本之外，仍有许多地区关于艺术和文化的观念与知识，尚未得到综合性的整理，甚至没有进入国际视野，需要去发现、去连接、去书写、去共享。
“桥”计划是国际艺术史学会（CIHA）倡导的全球分享项目，也是上海外国语大学世界艺术史研究所致力于推动实施的公益服务，旨在通过扩大不同国家与文化艺术之间知识分享范畴的方式，推动对所有人类艺术与文明的记述、保护与延续。

研讨会将探讨 13 世纪早期，托莱多(Toledo)大主教罗德里戈·希门尼斯·德·拉达（Rodrigo Jiménez de Rada）治下的神职人员与第一批用西班牙语写就卡斯蒂利亚(Castilian)传奇与百科全书的作者之间可能存在的关系。该研究聚焦于知识网络的构筑以及卡斯蒂利亚皇家宫廷与大教堂中的文本传递，旨在探索这些作品背后的知识体系。
正在进行中的系列研讨会涵盖了瓦尔堡研究所的多个课题。研讨会论文主要由受邀的国际学者、研究所研究员以及三年级博士生提交。
Amaia Arizaleta (Hewson Crawford and Sondheimer Fellow): ‘The small world of Toledo's intellectual elite (early 13th century)’
This presentation will examine the relationships that may have existed, during the early XIIIth century, between the clerics who participated in what some have called ‘the group of Rodrigo Jiménez de Rada’, archbishop of Toledo, and the authors of the first Castilian romances of antiquity and encyclopaedias written in Spanish language. My research will focus on networks of knowledge and on the circulation of texts in the royal courts and the cathedrals of the kingdom of Castile, as I would like to understand the intellectual architecture which allowed those productions to take shape.
The Work in Progress seminar explores the variety of subjects studied and researched at the Warburg Institute. Papers are given by invited international scholars, research fellows studying at the Institute, and third-year PhD students.
