On February 9th, the "2023 Black Pearl Restaurant Guide" list was officially released, and Slow Coral Design's work "Ambré Ciel" Restaurant won the "2023 Black Pearl Restaurant Guide Diamond Restaurant".

About JINGTANG PRIZE
“黑珍珠餐厅指南”是美团、大众点评在 2018年开启的一个项目，致力于打造出”中国人自己的美食榜“，联合美食家、烹饪专家和美食文化传播者提名、名单决议、公开入国餐厅，由评委匿名造访，并且会有多批评委多次造访，最后由黑珍珠理事会终审，在保证绝对公平公正的情況下为餐厅打分评鉴。评鉴项目包含：烹饪水平、餐厅水准、传承创新。"Black Pearl Restaurant Guide" is a project launched by Meituan and Dianping in 2018. It is committed to creating "Chinese people's own gourmet list", and combines gourmets, culinary experts and gourmet culture communicators to nominate, list decisions, and publicly enter the country. The restaurant is visited anonymously by the judges, and there will be multiple visits by the critics. Finally, the Black Pearl Council will make the final review and score the restaurant under the condition of absolute fairness and justice. Evaluation items include: cooking level, restaurant level, inheritance and innovation.

珀，是一种精神，呈启于时间之上。依附于珀，设想如何借由古法匠心力量，以原始元素作为主导，用精致而古朴的手法烘托空间氛围，挖掘，破入，雕琢，抛光，最终重塑新生。通过特殊材质，在空间内模拟塑造未经开凿的岩石，经由潮涨彼伏，气候变迁下的碰撞风化，构成不同体块的形态缺口，经由匠人修凿打磨，当代工艺与原始张力的碰撞。（数字艺术作品为崔绍翰“50个月亮”）
Po, is a kind of spirit, presented above time. Adhering to Po, imagine how to use the original elements as the leading force to create a space atmosphere, excavate, penetrate, carve, polish, and finally reshape the new life.Through special materials, the unexcavated rock is simulated and shaped in the space. Through the rising and falling of tides and the collision and weathering under climate change, the morphological gaps of different blocks are formed.
