步骤一

Step1

准备好有效证件，包括护照、华侨护照、外国人永久居留身份证。

Bring a valid ID document, such as your passports, overseas Chinese passport, or foreign permanent residence ID card.

注意事项

Notes

1. 如果护照内页有签证盖章，携带该有效期内的护照原件即可；

1. If the passport has a visa stamp on one of the inside pages, bring that valid passport;

2. 如果为团签入境，则需要携带本人护照及团签。

2. If entering China on a group visa, you need to bring both your passport and group visa with you.

步骤二

Step2

查询附近电信/移动/联通营业厅，并前往营业厅。

Go to a China Telecom, China Mobile, or China Unicom store.

查询方式有如下两种（任选其一）:

1. 在手机地图上搜索附近电信/移动/联通营业厅；

注意事项：

①如果导航或搜索引擎无法使用，可在APP STORE中重新下载“高德地图”；

②如有其他需要确认的事项，可以先按照搜索引擎中预留的服务电话沟通询问。

1. Search online for nearby China Telecom, China Mobile, and China Unicom stores;

Notes:

①If any search engine cannot be used, you can download Amap from the App Store;

②If you have other questions, please call the customer service phone number of the store ahead of time.

2. 拨打相应运营商的官方客服电话，选择英文语言，向电话客服直接询问您附近的营业厅地址；

各运营商官方客服电话：

①中国电信10000；

②中国移动10086；

③中国联通10010。

2. Call the official customer service hotline of the corresponding telecommunications company. Select the English option and inquire about the address of a store near you;

The official customer service hotline of each company is as follows:

①China Telecom:10000;

②China Mobile:10086;

③China Unicom:10010.

步骤三

Step3

到营业厅后在取号机取预约单号、排队等候。

At the store, go to the ticket machine to take a number and wait for your number to be called.

注意事项

Notes

1. 按照中华人民共和国工业和信息化部的要求，在号码办理过程中会采用人像对比技术，从而确保用户办理手机卡时身份信息的真实性，用户在办理手机卡时只有在人像比对一致后方可办理手机卡，所以必须使用者本人去营业厅办理；

1. As required by the Ministry of Industry and Information Technology, facial recognition technology will be used when applying for a phone number to authenticate the identity of the SIM card user. Customers can only buy a SIM card after the facial recognition process has been completed, so you must go to the store in person;

2. 未满16周岁客户，应由其法定代理人亲临营业厅代为办理，需携带本人有效身份证件、未成年人有效身份证件及监护关系证明文件；

2. For those under the age of 16, their parents or legal guardians should go to store to apply for SIM cards on their behalf. Parents or legal guardians shall bring their valid ID documents, valid ID documents for the minors, and proof of guardianship;

3. 若不会说中文（或者非英语国家人士），最好提前下载好翻译软件或者叫上中国朋友、翻译陪同办理。

步骤四

Step4

叫号后携带有效证件到窗口办理业务。

Bring your valid documents to the window when your number is called.

1. 选取号码；

1. Choose a phone number;

2. 选取套餐；

2. Select a phone plan;

3. 完成服务密码设置、人脸识别认证及签署入网协议；

3. Set the service password, perform facial recognition authentication, and sign the network access agreement.

4. 缴费：号码办理好后，需要缴纳首月费用，可通过人民币现金、支付宝、微信等方式进行支付。

4. Payment: After the SIM card is activated, the fee for the first month needs to be paid through cash (i.e., RMB), Alipay, WeChat, etc.
