深业世纪山谷花园二期毗邻大沙河人文景观带，西与名商高尔夫为邻，交汇天际，致敬时代。π SQUARED² 则取山谷意境，顺势而造，让城市、自然、人文、生活、艺术融合生长。并以【恢弘序曲】为主题，利用设计的张力，由外至内层层递进，为空间奠定奢雅格调，同时又作为开启现代高端生活乐章的引入。
建筑外观以大面积的玻璃幕墙为特色，彰显开阔硬朗的现代风格，其通透性与周围景色融为一体，仿佛沙河流动中一幕永恒的标记，在光影的加持下，透出气势非凡的前景。
The exterior of the building is characterized by a large area of glass curtain walls, showcasing a broad and rugged modern style. Its permeability blends with the surrounding scenery, like an eternal mark in the flowing sand river. With the blessing of light and shadow, it exudes an extraordinary prospect.
屹立于天地的建筑，壮阔恢弘，而越内观，便也越清晰，视野不断聚焦空间内部，在距离最近的一刻，悠扬的序曲迸发为激流，让人感受着不朽的空间艺术与自然生命的共鸣。
The architecture standing tall in heaven and earth is magnificent and magnificent, and the more you look inside, the clearer it becomes. The vision constantly focuses on the interior of the space. At the closest moment, the melodious overture bursts into a torrent, allowing people to feel the resonance between immortal space art and natural life.
伫立在建筑中的立柱，已然被赋予了竹的象形，高耸林立在“山谷”之间，穿过去，是当代高奢生活与深度人文思想并际云端的缩影。
The pillars standing in the building have already been endowed with the shape of bamboo, towering and towering in the valleys, passing through, is a microcosm of contemporary luxurious life and deep humanistic thought.
意境留白，给予更多想象；俯身自观，安放文明与家。
Leave the artistic conception blank, giving more imagination; Bend down and observe, placing civilization and home.
沉浸式的空间布局，无界山海的设计元素，让人们迂回在建筑当中，流动着探寻城市繁华处绿洲真迹，停歇徜徉大沙河之上。
The immersive spatial layout and the design elements of boundless mountains and seas allow people to meander through the architecture, exploring the authentic oasis in the bustling urban areas, and stopping to stroll on the sand river.
磅礴过后，旋律放缓，自然纹理拉开五感体悦的舒心序幕，开怀着拥抱一切已知未知。
所以入即是归来，就像这座城市给予的归属感，天然如此。
After the grandeur, the melody slows down, and the natural texture opens a comfortable prelude to the five senses and body pleasure, embracing everything known and unknown with open arms. So entering is returning, just like the sense of belonging that this city gives, naturally so.
树影跃动，牵引起山谷风意，从过去到未来，在时间的缝隙里，以诗意激起涟漪，递送纯粹自由的种子。当视觉延伸的想象，蔓至身心，空间精神与自然共生共长，让思想也得以升华。
The swaying shadows of trees evoke a valley breeze, from the past to the future, stirring up ripples in the gaps of time with poetic charm, delivering the seeds of pure freedom. When visual imagination extends to the body and mind, spatial spirit coexists and grows with nature, allowing thoughts to also be sublimated.
疏密有致的布局，克制地表达着丰盈的精神世界，无需言语的过度叙述，依托氛围的美，达到了和谐的节奏，看似简洁温润，实则充满力量，深而广袤。
The layout of density and restraint expresses a rich spiritual world, without the need for excessive narration, relying on the beauty of the atmosphere to achieve a harmonious rhythm. Although seemingly simple and warm, it is actually full of power, deep and vast.

极简的线条林立空间，与穿廊而过的光影，共同构建起稳定的气息。
坐、谈、论、叙，心缓缓漾出许多惬意与甘愿来，让人真正感觉到“雅”的韵味，那是一种妥帖，一种自在和舒适。
The space is lined with minimalist lines, and together with the light and shadow passing through the corridor, it creates a stable atmosphere. Sitting, talking, discussing, and narrating, the heart slowly radiates a lot of comfort and willingness, making people truly feel the charm of "elegance", which is a kind of appropriateness, a kind of freedom and comfort.
线条有力地勾勒出序曲重音，潜藏在色彩、纹理中的和弦呼之欲出，在关键点抵消着沉闷，当情绪放缓、心悦神怡的时候，依然能够感受到向上的蓬勃力。
The lines effectively outline the overture stress, and the chords hidden in color and texture are about to emerge, offsetting the dullness at key points. When emotions slow down and the heart is happy, one can still feel the upward vitality.
大理石延续山谷清幽，同时糅合传统屏风、现代艺术，点缀沙河景观。
Marble continues the tranquility of the valley while blending traditional screens and modern art, embellishing the landscape of the Shahe River.
将东方“圆满”意境，食养为上的理念，蓄以“宴”的形式丰盈入谷而“归”的含义，完美高雅之姿。
The concept of "perfection" in the East, with food and nutrition as the top priority, embodies the meaning of "returning" to the valley in the form of "feast", with a perfect and elegant posture.
曲毕，山海依旧，细细回念，意蕴悠长。
After finishing the song, the mountains and seas remain the same. Looking back carefully, the meaning is long-lasting.
