龙华区国际合作中心已正式对外开放临时住宿登记办理业务。

Temporary Residence Registration is now available in Longhua International Cooperation Center (hereinafter referred to as LICC). 

自12月5日以来，陆续有境外人员（港澳居民、台湾居民、外国人）前来办理。

Since Dec 5th, quite a few overseas personnel(Hong Kong and Macao residents, Taiwan residents and foreigners) have completed Temporary Residence Registration in LICC.

临时住宿登记办理十分方便，全程只需15分钟。

It is very convenient to complete the registration here. The whole process only takes 15 minutes.

截至今日国合中心已办理业务30余单，后续将开放外国人来华工作许可等相关业务办理。

Until today,  LICC has processed more than 30 registrations for overseas personnel. There will be more relevant services available in LICC such as Foreigner's Work Permit.

临时住宿登记办理

Temporary Residence Registration

根据《中华人民共和国出境入境管理法》第三十九条规定：外国人在旅馆以外的其他住所居住或者住宿的，应当在入住后二十四小时内由本人或者留宿人，向居住地的公安机关办理登记。

Exit and Entry Administration Law of the People' s Republic of China: For foreigners who reside or stay in domiciles other than hotels, they or the persons who accommodate them shall, within 24 hours after the foreigners' arrival, go through the registration formalities with the public security organs in the places of residence.

PART 01

办理方式

Methods

方式1

线下办理：需由本人或留宿人（机构）到居住地辖区派出所申请办理。

Method1

In-person Application: The applicant or the hosting individual/entity must visit the local police station within the residential jurisdiction to apply.

方式2

网上办理：扫描下方二维码，选择“开始申报”-填写申请人信息-扫描房屋二维码进行登记。扫描二维码可自行查询办理进度和打印登记表。

Method 2

Online Application: Scan the QR code below, select "Start Declaring" - fill in the applicant's information - scan the House QR Code to retrieve and register the residential house information. By scanning the QR code below, you are able to track the processing progress and print the registration form.

PART 02

办理时间

Processing Time Period

线下办理：即时办结；

线上办理：4个工作日内后台审核是否予以通过。

In-person Application: 

Immediate available;

Online Application: 

Review within 4 working days as to whether it will be approved.

PART 03

申请材料

Required Documents

1.提交申报人有效的护照、海员证、港澳居民来往内地通行证、台湾居民来往大陆通行证、外国人永久居留证等有效出入境证件原件或出入境管理部门出具的有效证明；

Submit the original copy of the applicant' s valid passport, seafarer' s certificate, Mainland Travel Permit for Hong Kong and Macau Residents, Mainland Travel Permit for Taiwan Residents, Foreign Permanent Resident ID Card, or other valid entry and exit documents, or valid certificates issued by the exit and entry administration department.

2.提交最后一次入境签证（如有）和入境章（如有）的复印件；

Provide a photocopy of the last entry visa (if applicable) and entry stamp (if applicable).

3.在辖区的住所证明：自购房的需提供房产证；租住在居民家的需提供租赁合同；临时借住在亲戚朋友家的需提供屋主的身份证件；留宿人（机构）代为申报住宿登记的，应当同时查验代办人的有效身份证件或者单位证明；

Proof of residence within the jurisdiction: For self-owned property, provide the property certificate; for rented accommodation, provide the rental contract; for temporary lodging at the home of relatives or friends, provide the host’s identification documents; if the registration is being done on behalf of the resident by another person or organization, the agent' s valid identification card or company certificate shall also be presented and checked.

4.蓝底2寸照片一张；

One 2-inch photo with a blue background.

5.公安机关认为需要提供的其他证明。

Any other certificates or documents that the public security authority deems necessary.
