深圳市龙华区国际合作中心（以下简称“龙华国合中心”），是由市区联合打造的综合国际交流合作平台。旨在进一步加强和深化国际经济、贸易、科技、教育、文化交流合作，为中外人才和组织机构提供高质量“一站式”国际化服务，促进国际人才和外资外企落地发展，服务民营企业“走出去”，推动市场国际化、产业国际化、企业国际化、园区国际化、城市国际化同步发力，积极营造开放包容、共建共享的国际化氛围，助力一流国际化营商环境建设。

Longhua International Cooperation Center (hereinafter referred to as LICC) is a comprehensive international exchange and cooperation platform built by Longhua District, aiming to deepen closer exchanges and practical cooperation in economy, trade, technology, education and culture. LICC provides high-quality one-stop international services for Chinese and foreign talent and organizations, promotes international talent and foreign-funded enterprises to settle and develop, provides services for private enterprises in their going global effects, propels the coordinated development of internationalization in the market, industries, enterprises, industrial parks and city, fosters an international atmosphere of openness, inclusiveness, joint construction and sharing, and contributes to the creation of a first-class international business environment.

龙华国合中心配套综合咨询、入驻办公、路演推介、活动交流、商务洽谈、营商促进等场所和专业化服务机构。

LICC offers various specialized service institutions and various facilities offering services including comprehensive consultation, office settlement, roadshow promotion, activity exchange, business negotiation, business promotion and so on.

聚焦文化、产业、人才、青年四大维度，围绕国际化便民服务、国际化企业服务、国际化人才服务、国际化机构服务、国际交流活动开展、国际志愿者服务六个板块，提供涵盖335项涉外政务咨询办理、涉外投资经营咨询、国际商协会入驻管理、企业多类型项目推介等全方位的支持和服务。

LICC focuses on the four dimensions of culture, industry, talent and youth, six modules, namely international resident services, international enterprise services, international talent services, international institutional services, international exchange activities and international volunteer services. It offers comprehensive support and services, including 335 items of foreign-related government affairs consultation, foreign-related investment and management consultation, settlement management of international chambers of commerce, and promotion of enterprise projects.

深圳市人民政府外事办公室联合龙华区人民政府将共同举办深圳市龙华区国际合作中心启用仪式系列活动暨深圳市友城艺术家联展，为与会嘉宾提供一个良好的交流平台，助力各方共赢发展。活动期间，将配套举办以“链接国际资源，助力打造具备全球影响力的现代产业体系”为主题的交流论坛。

The Foreign Affairs Bureau of Shenzhen Municipal People’s Government, in collaboration with the Longhua District People’s Government, will organize a series of activities for the opening ceremony of LICC and a joint exhibition by artists from Shenzhen’s sister cities. These activities will provide a better platform for exchanges, fostering win-win development among all participants. Throughout the event, there will be a concurrent forum with the theme of “Connecting International Resources to Propel the Creation of a Globally Influential Modern Industrial System”.

LICC is the largest and most comprehensive district-level international cooperation service and exchange platform in the city.
