Happy New Year!‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍‍

Next year must be a good year.

—— "Huahuo"

The goal of the new year is no longer simply to have a new year, just like an undefined space, I hope you in 2023 can be your undefined self, Happy New Year!

The new year is coming, and in this special period when you can't indulge in fun, I present a book list for everyone. I hope you can draw inner energy and inspiration through this book list, and be an undefined self in the new year.

In the multi-dimensional time and space created by the writer, we can be in a cafe in the 1930s and feel the reverie brought by gazing at life; or follow Mr. Toad to find the real self, from Comprehend life itself in the trajectory of life.

《Counselling For Toads:A Psychological Adventure 》 by Robert Daybord

Douban score: 8.6
When we suppress or deny even a part of ourselves, the price is high, because the body and mind are bound by invisible constraints and fear all the time. Only by finding the complete self can the mind be freed, not be defined, and be able to live as oneself.

May your road be long,
Wish there were many summer mornings out there.
