2023“一带一路”绿色
可持续发展与科技创新论坛
中国“十四五”规划和2035年远景目标纲要提出“面向未来，进入新发展阶段、贯彻新发展理念、构建新发展格局的中国，必将为共建‘一带一路’提供更强动力、更大空间、更优路径，推动实现更高合作水平、更高投入效益、更高供给质量、更高发展韧性”。习近平主席倡导人类命运共同体理念、提出共建“一带一路”倡议，为实现全球可持续发展和共同繁荣提出了中国方案。这其中，共建“一带一路”不仅是共建经济繁荣之路，也是共建绿色发展之路。“一带一路”绿色发展建设成为中国与“一带一路”沿线国家共建的新亮点、新主题，积极开展“一带一路”绿色发展也将为推进高质量共建“一带一路”擘画新图景。
为积极响应2022年国家发展改革委等四部门《关于推进共建“一带一路”绿色发展的意见》、全面落实习近平主席在第七十六届联合国大会关于“可持续发展和应对气候变化”的全球行动承诺，深入推动国务院《2030年前碳达峰行动方案》对“一带一路”能源合作、应对气候变化南南合作、“一带一路”科技创新等绿色发展专项部署，加快实现共建“一带一路”绿色发展格局，本届论坛以“‘一带一路’绿色可持续发展与科技创新”为主题，以绿色低碳技术创新为动力，聚焦绿色解决方案，推动“一带一路”沿线国家经济绿色复苏。
1.论坛主题与内容
本届论坛将围绕“‘一带一路’绿色可持续发展与科技创新”，聚焦“绿色经济”、“可持续发展”、“绿色建造”、“低碳发展”、“科技创新”、“协同合作”、“共同发展”等核心热点议题展开深入研讨，提供国际交流合作平台，以“中国经验”科技援助“一带一路”沿线国家加速绿色低碳转型，为促进“一带一路”绿色、低碳、可持续发展贡献智慧和范式。

请报告人员于2023年7月20日前提交参会回执与论文摘要。论文摘要接受中/英文稿件，篇幅不超过两页，具体包括：标题、作者姓名、职称、工作单位、报告人、参会人员、联系人与联系方式（手机、邮箱）、体现“研究问题、研究内容、研究方法、研究结论”的中/英文摘要、关键词及作者简介（作者姓名、出生年月、性别、毕业院校、学位、职称、研究方向）。如获得某种研究基金或课题资助，请注明课题的名称和编号。论文摘要请以Word文档或PDF文件方式提交，具体格式可见附件一。
6.支持期刊与奖励
1）优秀论文奖
本届论坛将从所有投稿论文中评选出优秀论文奖，部分优秀论文在征求作者同意和匿名评审后，将优先在本论坛的合作期刊《Land》特刊“Green Sustainable Development, Technology Innovation and Sustainable Land Management”（期刊网址：https://www.mdpi.com/journal/land/special_issues/0K06NEX8FY），以及《科技管理学报》发表（期刊网址：http://kjygl.hrbust.edu.cn），请参评“优秀论文奖”人员于2023年7月20日前，将论文全文发送至会议邮箱：zhujingrong@nefu.edu.cn。
参评论文要求为学术性原创论文，在国内外尚未公开发表。论文内容具有理论前瞻性和现实意义，研究方法严谨，论点明确，文献引用规范，全文字数以8000至10000字左右为宜，论文请以Word文档或PDF文件方式提交，具体格式可见附件二。论坛组委会将组织特邀评审专家严格评选。
2）杰出论文奖
本届论坛获得英国剑桥大学纽纳姆学院资助，面向女性博士研究生及博士后，从所有优秀论文奖中评选出杰出论文奖，颁发英国剑桥大学纽纳姆学院奖学金，共六人，每人奖金£100。

Conference Announcement: 2023 ‘The Belt and Road’ Green Sustainable Development and Technology Innovation Forum
The 14th Five-Year Plan and the Outline of the 2035 Vision of China proposed that ‘China, which faces the future, enters a new stage of development, implements a new development concept, and builds a new development pattern, will provide stronger impetus, greater space, and better paths for co-constructing ‘The Belt and Road’ (B&R). This will achieve the higher levels of cooperation, higher returns on investment, higher quality of supply, and higher resilience of development. President Xi Jinping advocates the concept of a community of shared future for humankind and puts forward the initiative of co-constructing the B&R, which is a Chinese solution for global sustainable development and common prosperity. Among them, co-constructing the B&R is not only a path to economic prosperity, but also a path to green development. The co-construction of the “Green Development B&R” has become a new highlight and theme among China and the countries along the B&R. It will also outline a new landscape for promoting the high-quality co-construction of the B&R.
In order to actively respond to the Opinions of four departments of the National Development and Reform Commission on “Promoting the Co-construction of ‘Green Development B&R’”, fully implement President Xi Jinping’s global action commitment on ‘Sustainable Development and Climate Change’ at the 76th United Nations General Assembly, further promote the special green development deployment of “Action Plan of Carbon Peak before 2030” proposed by the State Council on the B&R energy cooperation, South-South cooperation on climate change, scientific and technological innovation of the B&R, and accelerate the realization of the Co-construction of ‘Green Development B&R’, this forum takes on ‘The Belt and Road Green Sustainable Development and Technology Innovation’ as the theme, takes the green and low-carbon technology innovation as the driving force, focuses on providing green solutions, and promotes the green economic recovery of the countries along the B&R.
1.Theme and Content
This forum will focus in-depth discussion in areas such as ‘The Belt and Road Green Sustainable Development and Technology Innovation’, focusing on ‘Green Economy’, ‘Sustainable Development’, ‘Green Construction’, ‘Low-carbon Development’, ‘Technological Innovation’, ‘Collaborative Cooperation’ and ‘Common Development’, which will provide an international exchange and cooperation platform. The ‘Chinese Experience’ will be used to provide technical assistance to the countries along the B&R for accelerating the green and low-carbon transformation, and contributing wisdom and paradigm of the promotion of green, low-carbon and sustainable development.

5.Forum Registration and Call for Papers
Participants should submit The Registration Form by July 31st, 2023. Please refer to the end of this article for the specific registration form.
Speakers should submit The Registration Form and the abstract of your paper by July 20th, 2023. The abstract could be in either Chinese or English, with a length of no more than two pages. The abstract should include the title and objectives of the paper, research content and methods, main findings and conclusions of the research, as well as information of each of the authors, such as the name, professional title, work unit, reporter, attendees and contact information (phone number and email). If the research is funded, please provide funder’s name and grant/project number. The abstract should be submitted in a Word or PDF file. A template can be found in Appendix 1.
6.Support Journals and Awards
1) Excellent Paper Award
This forum will set up the ‘Excellent Paper Award.’ With the author’s consent and through anonymous reviews, some of these award winners will be given priority for publication in the special issue "Green Sustainable Development, Technology Innovation and Sustainable Land Management" of the Forum's partner journal Land, (Journal Website:
https://www.mdpi.com/journal/land/special_issues/0K06NEX8FY) and the Journal of Science and Technology Management
(Journal Website:http://kjygl.hrbust.edu.cn).
The participants of the ‘Excellent Paper Award’ should send the full text of paper to the E-mail: zhujingrong@nefu.edu.cn before July 20th, 2023.
The papers are required to be original academic papers which have not been publicly published. The content of the paper has theoretical foresight and practical significance, the research method is rigorous, the argument is clear, the literature citation is standardized. The word count of the papers should be about 8000 to 10000 words, and the papers should be submitted in a Word or PDF file. The specific format requirements can be seen in Appendix 2. The Organizing Committee of this Forum will invite experts in relevant fields to review these submissions.
2) Outstanding Paper Award
The Forum is funded by Newnham College, University of Cambridge, UK, and is open to female PhD students and post-docs. The Outstanding Paper Award will be awarded to six people, each with a prize of £100, from among all the Excellent Paper Awards.

Registration Fees and Accommodation Arrangements:
This forum has no registration fees. All forum participants need to register in advance. Due to limited conference size, offline participants will be limited to 100 people. This forum provides catering reception. Except for invited speakers and guests, other forum participants are responsible for their own transportation and hotel expenses. Off-line participants should contact the forum staffs to arrange accommodation.
