| 产品介绍 | INTRODUCTION
无纺布（英文名：Non Woven Fabric 或者 Nonwoven cloth）又称不织布，是由定向的或随机的纤维而构成。因具有布的外观和某些性能而称其为布。无纺布由包括化学纤维和植物纤维等在以水或空气作为悬浮介质的条件下在湿法或干法抄纸机上制成，如多采用聚丙烯（pp材质）粒料为原料，经高温熔融、喷丝、铺纲、热压卷取连续一步法生产而成。
Nonwoven Fabric or Nonwoven cloth ，which is composed of directional or random fibers. It is called cloth because of its appearance and some properties.Non-woven fabrics are made on wet or dry paper machines with water or air as suspension media, including chemical fibers and plant fibers. For example, polypropylene (pp) granular material is used as raw material, which is produced by continuous one-step process of high temperature melting, spinning, laying and hot-pressing coiling.
| 产品性能 | PROPERTY
无纺布具有防潮、透气、柔韧、质轻、不助燃、容易分解、无毒无刺激性、色彩丰富、价格低廉、可循环再用等特点。该材料若置于室外经自然分解，其最长寿命只有90天，置于室内在8年内分解，燃烧时无毒、无害、从而不污染环境，故环保由此而来。
Non-woven fabrics are moisture-proof, breathable, flexible, light, non-combustion-supporting, easy to decompose, non-toxic and non-irritating, rich in color, low price, recyclable and reusable. If the material is placed outdoors and decomposed naturally, its longest life is only 90 days, and it is decomposed indoors within 8 years. It is non-toxic, harmless and does not pollute the environment when burning, so environmental protection comes from it.
| 产品用途 | USAGE
无纺布用途广泛，主要用于以下几类：
(1)医疗、卫生用无纺布：手术衣、防护服、消毒包布、口罩、鞋套、床单被套、枕套、窗帘、成人尿裤、纸尿裤、民用抹布、擦拭布、湿面巾、魔术毛巾、柔巾卷、美容用品、卫生巾、卫生护垫、及一次性卫生用布等。
(2) 家庭装饰用无纺布：贴墙布、台布、床单、床罩等。
(3)服装用无纺布：衬里、粘合衬、絮片、定型棉、各种合成革底布，内衣裤等。
型坐垫。
(4)家纺用无纺布：沙发弹簧包、内包布，地毯，贴墙布，茶叶袋，吸尘器滤袋，印花床单， 包装纸，花材，储物柜、储物盒、购物袋、西装套、冰袋等
(5)农业用无纺布：作物保护袋、育秧布、灌溉布、保温幕帘，丰收布，大棚布等
(6)工业用无纺布；屋面防水卷材和沥青瓦的基材、增强材料、抛光材料、过滤材料、绝缘材料、水泥包装袋、土工布、包覆布等。
(7)其它无纺布：太空棉、保温隔音材料、吸油毡、烟过滤嘴、袋包茶袋、鞋材等。
工业：软盘内衬，喇叭布，过滤材料，音箱隔音毡，密封环内衬，电缆布，玻璃钢增强巾，工业擦布，防震衬垫，绝缘材料，胶带基衬，管基衬，通风管道，沙皮布。
汽车工业：废纺隔离热毡，防震毡，顶篷，坐垫内衬，地毯，车门内衬，汽车过滤芯，成
土木工程，建筑：加固，加筋，过滤，油毛毡底布，排水板，屋面防水材料，铁路，公路，护堤，水坡，港口隔音，下水道，防热，分离，排水。
其他用途：运载火箭，导弹头部防热锥体，尾喷管喉衬，高级印钞纸，航天飞机耐热瓦，地图布，挂历布，人造布，油画布等等。
Non-woven fabrics are widely used in the following categories:
(1) Medical&Hygiegn : operating gown, protective clothes, disinfection wraps, masks, shoe covers, bedheet , pillowcases, curtains, adult diapers, baby diapers, civilian rags, wipes, wet face towels, magic towels, towel rolls, cosmetics, sanitary towels, sanitary mats, and disposable sanitary cloth...
(2) Home decoration : wall cloth, table cloth, sheets, bedspread, etc.
(3) Clothing : lining, adhesive lining, flocculent, stereotyped cotton, various synthetic leather underclothing, underwear, etc

Automotive Industry: Waste Textile Isolation Felt, Shock-proof Felt, Roof, Cushion Lining, Carpet, Door Lining, Automotive Filter Core, etc.
Civil Engineering, Construction: Reinforcement, Reinforcement, Filtration, Oil Felt Base, Drainage Plate, Roof Waterproof Material, Railway, Highway, Embankment, Slope, Port Sound Insulation, Sewerage, Heat Protection, Separation and Drainage.
