3,2,1——发射!第八届明天音乐节开票

来自瑞典的太空摇滚乐队尤里·加加林,给这次在深圳明天音乐节的演出起名为“寻找万户”,令人感慨——“万户飞天”的故事,在中国的各类史书典籍中鲜有记载,却在西方世界广泛流传。这个怀揣载人火箭飞天梦想的中国“死士”,居然影响了万里之外、数百年之后一群年轻的西方音乐人,像这样的跨界跨文化现象,可算是独树一帜。作为一个失败者,万户得到了应有的尊重,而他在文化上的深远意义,甚至超越了对这件事情本身真伪的讨论。


万户的行为,在今天的人们看来,充满了天真、幼稚、不合时宜,却也不乏一种悲壮的浪漫色彩。而一群人在几百年后宣称要去“寻找”他,又展现了更加疯狂的主观意志——音乐会给出答案吗?


正是因为一直被这样的困惑激荡,才有了眼前的这幅画面:一支手电,点亮太空,也点亮我们浩瀚无垠的好奇心,宇宙变成了一台精密运转的模拟合成器,日月也不过就是一枚普通的音量旋钮而已——这种胆大包天的想象令人窒息。


寻找万户,藏起来的另一个自我:不在乎结果,甚至也不在乎过程,只忠于激情本身——这似乎也是明天音乐节的意义所在。

本届明天音乐节,Ciani 也将使用她钟爱的 Buchla 进行表演,并且将在场地特别设置全新的四声道(quadraphonic)音响系统,为现场听众带来最极致的聆听体验。

Suzanne Ciani, is a five-time Grammy award-nominated composer, electronic music pioneer, and neo-classical recording artist who has released over 20 solo albums. Her work has been featured in films, games, and countless commercials as well.

At this year's Tomorrow Festival, Ciani will be performing with her beloved Buchla, for which we specially set up a new quadraphonic sound system to provide the audience with the ultimate listening experience.

Yuri Gagarin is a heavy space rock band from Gothenburg, Sweden. Their heavy psychedelic sound is created by powerful riffs, intense lead guitar, heavy drums, overdriven bass and oscillated synth noises. 

The band released their first album in 2013. The album was remixed and re-released in 2014 on both LP and CD. In 2015 they released both the Sea Of Dust EP and their second album, At The Center Of All Infinity. In January 2020, the band released their third full length album called The Outskirts Of Reality. The band has also done lots of gigs and played at festivals throughout Europe and are renowned for their great live performances.




Noor Zehra Kazim 是巴基斯坦著名的古典音乐家。自萨迦维纳琴在 70 年代初被发明以来,Kazim 就是其唯一的弹奏者。

她的父亲 Raza Kazim 是萨迦维纳琴的发明者。经年累月的严格训练和对卓越的不懈追求,使她的演奏技艺炉火纯青。在演出现场领略过其魅力的观众,无一不为其引人入胜的旋律、极富感召力的表达和对印度古典音乐的独特诠释而着迷。

Noor Zehra Kazim, a distinguished Pakistani musician and virtuoso Sagar Veena player, epitomizes a rich legacy of musical innovation and cultural resonance. Born to the eminent lawyer, politician, philosopher, and activist Raza Kazim, her musical journey has been deeply intertwined with a commitment to preserve and evolve traditional art forms.

In recognition of her unparalleled contributions to music, Kazim has been honored with the prestigious Lifetime Achievement Award in 2023 by the All Pakistan Music Conference (APMC). This accolade stands as testament to Kazim's enduring legacy as a trailblazer in the realm of Pakistani music and culture.

Mekrop (meaning "Germs" in Kazakh), is one of Mamer's major side projects. The music of Mekrop, as its name suggests, is characterized by rapid multiplication in rhythms and constant mutation of timbres on guitar, a sonic complex whose different parts relentlessly devour each other to generate new blood, an ever-changing process of self-reproduction through self-contradiction and self-destruction. In Mamer's own words:

2012 年成立于开罗,Dwarfs of East Agouza 由 Maurice Louca、Sam Shalabi 和 Alan Bishop 组成 。

Maurice Louca 是埃及当代实验艺术场景中最杰出、最多产、最富冒险精神的音乐家和作曲家之一;Sam Shalabi 是一位极具创造力的作曲家和即兴演奏家,他是 Land of Kush 大乐团和 Shalabi Effect 乐队的创始人;Alan Bishop 是美国地下音乐界的一位极具影响力的人物——他最为人熟知的身份是传奇前卫乐团 Sun City Girls 的成员和非主流音乐厂牌 Sublime Frequencies 的创始人。

从爵士到德国泡菜摇滚,再到阿拉伯音乐和埃及沙比音乐(Shaabi),你都可以在 Dwarfs of East Agouza 充斥着即兴成分的音乐里听到,但很难把他们纳入某一类型,因为三位成员在音乐创作上都秉承着开放、自由和探索的精神,丝毫不拘泥于传统的音乐结构。

此次演出是 Dwarfs of East Agouza 的亚洲首演。

Founded in Cairo in 2012 by Maurice Louca, Sam Shalabi, and Alan Bishop, the Dwarfs of East Agouza create improvisational, free-spirited music that touches upon jazz, and krautrock, combined with influences of Arabic and Egyptian Shaabi music. On stage, the trio embraces their improvisational dynamic, resulting in exciting and spontaneous shows that allow them to venture into whatever musical direction they feel like playing. 





Emmanuelle Parrenin 是一位实验民谣音乐家和手摇弦琴演奏家。她的首张专辑 Maison Rose 于 1977 年发布,而其续作 Maison Cube 在 30 多年后才与世人见面。在这段时间里,Parrenin 因火灾不幸失去了听力,但她并没有就此颓废,而是在后来的十余年间通过持续不懈的演奏和训练逐渐恢复了听觉。

2010 年代初,她重新开始了现场演出——有时独奏,有时与法国实验音乐家 Pierre Bastien 合作。2017 年,她在 Souffle Continu 厂牌发行了专辑 Pérélandra,当中收录了她在 70 年代末至 80 年代初为舞蹈表演创作的未发表的作品。2021 年,她与德国电子音乐家 Detlef Weinrich(又名 Tolouse Low Trax)合作,发布了专辑 Jours de Grève,将其音乐风格推向了更迷幻的领域。

Emmanuelle Parrenin is famous for the incredible album Maison Rose (1977), for her work with French folk band Mélusine, for her “collecting” of traditional songs and for her unorthodox playing of the hurdy-gurdy, the spinet, the dulcimer and the harp.

Emmanuelle will play with Quentin Rollet (saxophone); he has collaborated with Nurse With Wound, Mendelson, The Red Krayola, David Grubbs, to name just a few—and with Jérôme Lorichon (synthesizer) who plays in Zombie Zombie, Antilles and Berg Sans Nipple.

Their music to Murnau's film Nosferatu was a command from La Cinémathèque Française, Paris and premiered in 2022.





SORA——由无论是在主流还是地下音乐圈都声名斐然的音乐多面手大友良英领衔,全女子摇滚乐队 Super Junky Monkey 贝斯手 Kawai Shinobu 和日本另类音乐场景的代表性鼓手 Itoken 强势加盟,这个创建于 2024 年的全新计划誓要打破风格的拘束,追求响亮而有节奏的即兴演奏。 

此次明天音乐节上的表演,将是这个计划的世界首演!

SORA is a newly born project founded by Otomo Yoshihide in 2024. With Super Junky Monkey's Kawai Shinobu on bass and Itoken, a drummer representing the Japanese alternative scene, at its core, the project aims for loud and rhythmic improvisation while melting various musical elements.

This performance will be the world premiere.

Tomorrow Improvisation Unit is a distinctively arranged unit for the artists and audiences who stay until the last day of the festival, and are hungry for the unexpected.







讲者 Noor Zehra Kazim 是世界上唯一的萨迦维纳琴演奏者。她的父亲 Raza Kazim 发明了萨迦维纳琴——他是巴基斯坦著名的律师、哲学家,同时也是一名摄影师、音乐学家和音乐制作人。

萨迦维纳琴是一种令人惊叹的弦乐器,它的设计独特而精美,让人联想到维奇特拉维纳琴(Vichitra Veena)和奇特拉维纳琴(Chitra Veena)。这种琴拥有比传统印度维纳琴更广的音域,音色深邃而温暖,可演奏出引人入胜的旋律与细腻的装饰音,常常能够唤起人们内心深处的情感,因此也被称为“海之琴”(Sagar在印地语中为“海洋”的意思)。

The speaker, Noor Zehra Kazim, is the world's only Sagar Veena player. Her father, Raza Kazim, invented the Sagar Veena—he is a renowned lawyer, philosopher, photographer, musicologist, and music producer in Pakistan.

The Sagar Veena is an astonishing string instrument, characterized by its unique and exquisite design, reminiscent of the Vichitra Veena and Chitra Veena. It boasts a wider range than traditional Indian veenas, producing deep and warm tones capable of captivating melodies and delicate embellishments. Often evoking profound emotions, it is also known as the "Sea Veena" (Sagar meaning "ocean" in Hindi).







苏门答腊岛是印度尼西亚群岛的西北入口,以其独特的文化和民俗而闻名。这部影片深入岛屿的核心,通过呈现各种街头音乐家、夜总会表演、民间乐队和日常生活中音乐家周遭发生的偶然事件,展示了这座岛屿的多样性和活力。

这部影片没有旁白,也没有特定的主题或议程,而是采用了直觉式的拍摄和拼贴的方式,拍摄地点跟随事情的发展而不断变化,试图捕捉当地生活的本质。

该影片由 Mark Gergis 和 Alan Bishop 执导,由 Sublime Frequencies 厂牌于 2007 年发行。

This film is a collection of musical performances, folk images, TV excerpts and audio/visual artifacts from the heart and soul of Sumatra—a fascinating island that serves as the Northwestern entry point to the Indonesian archipelago. It features a variety of street musicians, nightclub acts, folk groups, and incidental happenings which surround musicians in their daily lives.

This film has no narration nor is it meant to express any particular theme or agenda. This is intuitive folk cinema and film collage, shot on location as it unfolded and assembled in an attempt to capture the essence of being there.
