2021年选题计划

《中国医学伦理学》杂志是由中华人民共和国教育部主管、西安交通大学主办的一本关于医学伦理学、生命伦理学的大型学术性专业刊物。自2003年起连续18年蝉联“中国科技核心期刊”。现推出2021年选题方向，欢迎广大同仁投稿！

1.医学伦理学、生命伦理学的基础理论研究（新概念与前沿热点问题、学科体系、学术体系、话语体系建设等）。

2.构建医患命运共同体的理论与实践（理论内涵、价值取向、实践途径、中外比较研究等）

3.中国抗疫精神与医学人文课程思政建设（医学伦理学对医学教育创新发展的作用研究，在医学教育中弘扬抗疫精神）。

4.健康中国与公共卫生伦理（健康中国及健康中国行动的伦理道德促进，健康老龄化，建立与完善突发公共卫生事件应急的法律、制度、机制、体系中的伦理政策反思；建设重大灾害的公共卫生伦理的理论与方法探讨；规范重大公共卫生事件的预防控制、医疗救治、科学研究的政策制度及伦理审查的政策建议等）。

5.大数据与人工智能医学应用的伦理研究（大数据应用与人工智能的伦理探索、人工智能的医学应用及其伦理问题、人工智能机器人的伦理挑战等）。

6.医学科研伦理与我国科技伦理治理体系建设（科技创新发展伦理，国外科技伦理治理体系建设及对我国的借鉴，区域伦理委员会建设、伦理审查、科研诚信等）。

7.互联网时代的医学人文教育探索与实践、作用与法律、伦理；医学人文教育与高校人才的健康培养。

8.其他（医学伦理与卫生法的融合、医工结合等交叉学科的伦理问题、创新药物的临床应用伦理、3D打印相关伦理问题）

Chinese Medical Ethics Journal's 2021 Topic Selection Plan

The Journal of Chinese Medical Ethics is a large-scale academic professional journal on medical ethics and bioethics sponsored by Xi'an Jiaotong University, and directed by the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. Since 2003, it has continued to hold the title of " the key magazine of China technology " for 18 years. Here comes the introduction of 2021 topic selection direction, welcome to submit your manuscripts to the Chinese Medical Ethics Journal!

1. Basic theoretical researches on medical ethics and bioethics (new concepts and frontier hot issues, subject system, academic system, discourse system construction, etc.)

2. The theories and practices of constructing a community of shared future for doctors and patients (theoretical connotation, value orientation, practice approach, comparative study between China and foreign countries, etc.)

3. Chinese Anti-Epidemic Spirit and ideological and political construction of Medical Humanities curriculum (research on the role of Medical Ethics in the innovation and development of medical education, and carry forward the Anti-Epidemic Spirit in medical education.)

4. Healthy China and Public Health Ethics (the ethical and moral promotion of Healthy China and Healthy China action, healthy aging, establishing and perfecting the ethical policy reflection in the law, regime, mechanism and system of public health emergency response; discussion on theory and method of constructing public health ethics for major disasters; the regulation of major public health events prevention and control, medical treatment, scientific research policy system and policy recommendations for ethical review, etc.)

5. Ethical research on the medical application of Big Data and Artificial Intelligence (Big Data application and ethical exploration of Artificial Intelligence, medical application and ethical issues of Artificial Intelligence, ethical challenges of artificial intelligence robots, etc.)

6. The governance system constructions of medical research ethics and the China's scientific and technological ethics (scientific and technological innovation development ethics, foreign scientific and technological ethics governance system construction and their references to China, regional ethics committee construction, ethics review, research integrity, etc.)

7. The exploration and practice, function and law and ethics of medical humanities education in the Internet age; medical humanities education and the health training of college talents.

8. Others (the integration of medical ethics and health law, the ethical issues of combination of medical and industrial works and other interdisciplinary, ethics in clinical application of innovative drugs, ethical issues related to 3D printing.)

The above topics are for reference only, but not limited to the listed content. We encourage authors to explore and innovate in other areas.
