对于当代年轻人而言，艺术和潮玩都是不可或缺的。潮玩总能带给年轻人更为大胆、有活力的艺术体验，钟爱它的人也更加敢于表达真实的自我，年轻人敢于打破常规居住格局，并身信：自我的个性表达，才是一座房子的生命力所在。



 潮酷艺术营造审美意趣 
 
如今，年轻人人群逐渐成为这个世界的重要力量，他们自信真实、有品有趣，且特立独行，有特征的文化需求、自己的圈子，更在意设计感与定制化，厦门中海样板空间正是顺应这般独特的个性趣味而生，悦人又悦己的居住追求，于他们而言，是人生限量版的快乐。

玩来玩“趣” 新潮审美

“个性有趣”是首位，而趣味在于一种“动能”，我们跳脱了任何的制式、风格、现成趣味，只为令居住具有一种能够应居者的个性喜好不断变化、组合的可生长的动力。而这种可生长性，这种在流动中不断“出新”的活力，正是这个时代的生命力。
"Personality is fun" is the first, and fun is a kind of "kinetic energy" , we jumped any format, style, ready-made fun, in order to make the dwelling have a kind of growing power which can adapt to the change and combination of the habitants'individual preferences. And this can grow, this in the flow of constantly "new" vitality, is the vitality of this era.

空间概念


走进空间仿若走进了一个时尚潮玩馆，充分彰显出项目大胆的“玩趣”，通过艺术去代出气质及“玩家”个性，营造精致大气、雍容典雅之感，艺廊化的演绎，为主人独一的个性趣味而生。
Walking into the space is like walking into a fashion museum, which fully demonstrates the bold "fun" of the project, and through art to represent the temperament and personality of the "player" , creating a refined atmosphere, elegant feeling and gallery-like performance, for the master's unique personal taste.


空间兼顾了功能性和艺术性的表达，精致的家具呈现出自然界奇思妙想，不仅提供了柔软而充沛的支撑，还为空间营造了戏剧效果，似乎又于无形中放大生活的小情趣。
Space both functional and artistic expression, exquisite furniture presents the natural world whimsy, not only to provide a soft and full of support, but also for the space to create a dramatic effect, it seems to be in the invisible to enlarge the small taste of life.

空间趣味 奇思妙想

多种色彩共处一室并不简单，以亮眼的撞色颠覆传统住宅空间演绎，让空间在和谐之中富有跳跃感，不同色彩相互交叠，营造出空间美学的趣味所在。
Multi-color co-existence of a room is not simple, with bright colors to subvert the traditional interpretation of residential space, so that the space in harmony with the rich sense of jumping, overlapping different colors, creating a space aesthetic interest.



此处的趣味也源自深谙新贵玩趣，床背、艺术品的选择，并无可遵循的美学规则，灯光营造的空间魅力，也让软装陈设更出彩。
The Fun here also comes from the understanding of the new rich fun, bed back, art choice, there is no aesthetic rules to follow, lighting to create the charm of space, but also let the soft furnishings more colorful.

开放式的厨房储藏了各种令人心醉神迷的珍贵威士忌。口感多样，单麦、谷物、调和型一应俱全，满足潮玩派挑剔的味蕾需求。
The open-plan kitchen is home to an amazing collection of precious whiskies. Taste diversity, single wheat, grain, harmonic type all in one, satisfy tide play the taste bud demand that pie is fastidious.

优雅玩味 奢雅空间

进入该空间的第一视觉落点，将新潮、酷趣的街头涂鸦文化移植入日常生活空间中。潮流玩家用自己的视角理解周围、定义意义，有着骨子里的纯粹，更在追求的道路上，乐于把艺术融入其中。无性别、无定义、无边界，从潮流到选择，他们坚信：最好的奢侈就是自己。
Enter the first visual impact point of the space, the trendy, Cool Street graffiti culture transplanted into the daily life of space. Trend players with their own perspective to understand the surrounding, the meaning of the definition, has a bone in the pure, more in the pursuit of the road, happy to put art into it. No gender, no definition, no boundaries, from trends to choices, they firmly believe that the best luxury is their own.
