地点：苏州工业园

创始人：免疫学博士，20年以上大外企研发和商务开发经验，多个重磅药物项目管理负责人。

资金：已完成千万美金级别A轮，下一轮再谈。

产品线：肿瘤、自身免疫和病毒感染等疾病治疗领域。已从海外引进两个临床二期药物，预计在年底前新引进两个临床药物和2-3个临床前项目。具有行业领先独特优势的Cell Free Biosynthesis (CFB) 研发平台。预计在3-4年内取得1-2个新药上市批准，在国内实现药品产业化。

研发组织构架：CSO 下属化学，生物和分析三个团队

药物化学负责人

Qualifications:

1. Ph.D. in Organic/Medicinal Chemistry withpostdoctoral experience, and a minimum of 8 years relevant scientific andtechnical experience including industry experience plus 5 years of supervisoryexperience

2. Knowledgeable in drug discovery anddevelopment with experience taking drugs into early clinical stage development

3. Demonstrated competency inhypothesis-based medicinal chemistry. Track record of project leadership indriving discovery programs to key pre-clinical go/no-go decision points

4. Experience in lead optimization andpreclinical evaluation of small molecule drugs, including a detailed knowledgeof the roles of in vitro ADMET, DMPK, drug safety, CMC, formulation andtranslational research.

5. Prior experience in developing kinaseinhibitors and familiarity with GLP requirements are desirable

生物负责人

Qualifications:

1. PhD in microbiology, microbiology,bacterial physiology or related fields with 6+ years post-graduate and/orindustrial experience

2. Experience in isolation, culture, storageand archiving of various microorganisms

3. Experience in host modification, genomeediting (Red/ET recombination, CRISPR and/or other microbial homologousrecombination techniques), bacterial conjugation

4. Excellent laboratory skills, proficient ina wide variety of molecular biology techniques (DNA cloning, DNA isolation, DNAsequencing, protein expression, protein detection, protein purification…etc.)

5. Proficient in BLAST search, sequencealignment, genomic database search and related software

6. Experience with high throughputcultivation techniques and biochemical assays is desirable

7. Knowledge of enzymology and fermentationtechnology (shake flask and bioreactor) is desirable

8. Prior experience in drug discovery and inthe use of robotic automation (high throughput liquid handler) and familiaritywith GLP procedures are considered beneficial to the applicant
