从 社会参与艺术 到 社会发起艺术
当代艺术一般陈列在美术馆和画廊里，对象一般是“懂艺术”的人；
而社会参与式艺术是艺术家发起的、由社会上普通人参与的艺术活动，一般在街头、广场、公园、社区空间等画廊墙壁之外的地方进行。
社会参与式艺术中，艺术家主要角色不是在工作室制作绘画、雕塑之类的实物，而是扮演发起活动、组织对话、推进议题、激发行动等角色，与非艺术家共同完成艺术过程的发生。
例如北京伯纳德工厂里艺术家和工人合作改变日常和创作艺术的“社会敏感性”项目，甘肃省石节子村里艺术家与村民对话和合作的“一起飞”项目等。（更多例子和具体信息见文末）
信息、语言、资源、话语权上有一种结构性的不对等关系。
圈内人主导关于如何"做"社会性艺术的高大上讨论，被"做"的社会却常常难以知情和理解。
但公共性艺术的话语不应仅仅是一种专业内部话语、一种知识分工，更应是一种公共性话语。
when the insiders discuss about how to "do" the society, the society that is being "done" to could hardly know, understand, or join the discussion. the discourse is structurally unequal in terms of information, language, power.
but shouldn't the discourse of an art of public nature be a public discourse, rather than a mere professional one, a knowledge labor division?
