Apartments are designed to be extremely private, even private.
因此要求设计师必须深入了解业主生活轨迹及特别需求而展开设计。项目位于杭州良渚文化村，公寓依山而建在顶层带阁楼拥有山体及城市的独特景观。业主是自由摄影师，这给我们团队带来足够的创作空间，业主希望这个家是无法被定义的，集美术馆、工作室、住宅、社交、拍摄等场所一体。

Therefore, designers are required to have a deep understanding of the owner's life trajectory and special needs to start the design. The project is located in Liangzhu Cultural Village, Hangzhou. The apartment is built on the top of the mountain with a loft with a unique view of the mountain and the city. The owner is a freelance photographer, which brings enough creative space to our team. The owner hopes that this home cannot be defined, and it integrates art gallery, studio, residence, social, photography and other places.

公寓总共两层，一层开放式布局设计，兼顾摄影工作室、多功能客厅及开放式餐厅，在原有的承重柱进行造型包裹让空间多了各种视角的趣味性体验，同时考虑业主与动物友好型空间相处，利用公共卫生间的转角灰空间预留了洞口（猫厕所日常入口），让动物和人进行居住功能和谐共存，客卧预留了隐藏式双人床在整个衣柜之中，在不使用的情况下让空间有更多的活动场所。

The apartment has a total of two floors. The first floor has an open layout design, taking into account a photography studio, a multi-functional living room and an open dining room. The original load-bearing columns are wrapped in shapes to give the space more interesting experiences from various perspectives, and at the same time consider the owners and animals. Friendly space, using the corner gray space of the public toilet to reserve a hole (daily entrance to the cat toilet), so that animals and people can live in harmony. A hidden double bed is reserved in the entire wardrobe for the guest bedroom. Use the case to allow the space to have more places for activities.

二层则是主人私密空间，通过不同材料的使用分割了更多的公共及私人空间。浴室、书房、更衣室和储藏室都被包裹在两个盒子里。

The second floor is the master's private space, which divides
more public and private spaces through the use of different materials. The
bathroom, study, dressing room and storage room are all wrapped in two boxes.
原建筑遗留的开窗及结构是本次项目改造的难点，如要改变气质必须解决这个问题，如果说眼睛是心灵的窗户，那窗户一定是建筑的灵。由于是顶楼，有充足的光线，因此窗户的比例调整是控制室内外空间达成协调的重要依据。克制的光线射入会让人感到空间的氛围和愉悦感。

The window opening and structure left over from the original
building are the difficult points in the renovation of this project. If we want
to change the temperament, we must solve this problem. If the eyes are the
windows to the soul, then the windows must be the spirit of the building. Since
it is on the top floor and has plenty of light, the adjustment of the
proportions of the windows is an important basis for controlling the indoor and
outdoor spaces to achieve harmony. A restrained light entry will give the space
a sense of ambience and pleasure.

厨房墨绿色手工砖结合手工打磨的铝板饰面有种强烈的复古未来感。

The dark green handmade
brick in the kitchen combined with the hand-polished aluminum panel finish has
a strong retro-futuristic feel.
空间混合了多种材质的混搭、运用了紫铜、铝、手工砖、石材、微水泥和肌理涂料，通过控制材料的使用比例最后达到了富有韵律的平衡。整个空间围绕手工定制紫铜旋转楼梯为中心，材质的手工感会适当传递温暖的气质。空间在某种程度上会有种宁静、温暖的氛围。

The space is mixed with a variety of materials, using copper,
aluminum, handmade brick, stone, micro-cement and texture paint, and finally
achieves a rhythmic balance by controlling the proportion of materials used.
The whole space is centered around the hand-made copper spiral staircase, and
the handmade sense of the material will appropriately convey the warm
temperament. The space has a serene, warm vibe in a way.
通过精心考虑的几何结构，线条比例和用料的讲究，出人意料的是多种材质组合与笨拙手工感达到了某种视觉的平衡。并不只是在一个空间中表达沉默、宁静和温暖，更想为业主创造精神庇护所的地方。

Through carefully considered geometric structures, line proportions and attention to materials, an unexpected visual balance is achieved between the combination of various materials and the clumsy hand-feeling. Not just to express silence, tranquility and warmth in a space, but also to create a place of spiritual refuge for the owners.

美国极简主义领军人物Donald Judd看重物件本身的价值，认为“形状、体积、颜色、表面即是事物本身。它们不该被埋没在其他事物中。

Donald Judd, a leading figure in American minimalism, values the
value of objects in themselves, and believes that "shapes, volumes,
colors, surfaces are the things themselves. They should not be buried in other
things.
我们希望减少家里物品，达到“空”的氛围，设计了更多的隐藏式储藏功能，让更多的公共空间释放出来，像客厅和主卧室这样的大空间不需要豪华或重要的装饰，因为它们通常被放置在房子最好的部分，拥有最好的自然光线和景观。

We hope to reduce the items in the home to achieve an
"empty" atmosphere, and design more hidden storage functions to free
up more public space, large spaces like the living room and master bedroom do
not need luxury or important decoration, because They are usually placed in the
best parts of the house with the best natural light and views.
