Oscar Buzz: La La Land
I like both Emma Stone and Ryan Gosling, so I'm going to check this one out one way or the other. The fact that it's got so much critical acclaim is just icing on the cake.
Synopsis:
LA LA LAND tells the story of Mia, an aspiring actress, and Sebastian, a dedicated jazz musician, who are struggling to make ends meet in a city known for crushing hopes and breaking hearts. Set in modern day Los Angeles, this original musical about everyday life explores the joy and pain of pursuing your dreams.

P.S. I never doubted that Ryan Gosling could sing. After all, he used to be on the Mickey Mouse Club show alongside Britney Spears, Christina Aguilera and Justin Timberlake. ↓↓
