海问·业绩︱海问助力晶心科技发行GDR并在卢森堡证券交易所上市

晶心科技股份有限公司（Andes Technology Corporation，以下简称“晶心科技”，台湾证券交易所交易代码：6533）于2021年9月8日成功完成全球存托凭证（即GDR）的发行定价，并于2021年9月13日正式在卢森堡证券交易所上市。晶心科技本次发行的价格为每份全球存托股份（以下简称“GDS”）31.78美元，发行的GDS数量为4,000,000份。

晶心科技是首家获得32位和64位处理器知识产权及相关软硬件许可的亚洲上市公司，其总部位于台湾，在全球范围内开展业务。晶心科技专注于提供最全面的嵌入式处理器解决方案和服务，拥有处理器、系统架构、操作系统、软件开发工具链及系统芯片设计等领域的核心竞争力。

海问作为承销商瑞士信贷的中国法律顾问为本次发行提供法律服务，就有关中国法律问题提供了专业建议和解决方案。本项目团队由合伙人马晨铃牵头，项目组主要成员包括魏玉姬、赵悦、欧阳可。

Andes Technology Corporation (“Andes Technology”, with the trading code “6533” on the Taiwan Stock Exchange) has successfully issued Global Depositary Receipts (“GDRs”) on September 8, 2021, and been officially listed in Luxembourg Stock Exchange on September 13, 2021. Andes Technology offered 4,000,000 Global Depositary Shares (“GDSs”) with an offering price of US$31.78 per GDS.
