海问助力福耀玻璃完成H股配售

福耀玻璃工业集团股份有限公司（“福耀玻璃”，股票代码：600660.SH，03606.HK）于2021年5月10日完成新增发行境外上市外资股（H股）的配售（“本次配售”）。福耀玻璃本次配售价格为每股42.90港元，向不少于六名的独立承配人配发及发行H股合计101,126,000股，经扣除相关成本及费用后的配售所得款项净额约为43.1246亿港元。

On May 10, 2021, Fuyao Glass Industry Group Co., Ltd. (“Fuyao Glass”, Stock code: 600660.SH, 03606.HK) has issued and completed the placing of new H Shares (the “Placing”). An aggregate of 101,126,000 new H Shares have been allotted and issued to no less than six independent Placees at the placing price of HK$42.90 per placing share, and the aggregate net proceeds from the Placing are approximately HK$4,312.46 million after deducting the relevant costs and expenses.
