当我们想探寻一座城市的前世今生，就要从它的钢铁丛林之中寻求答案。

因为“建筑”是一座城市精神文明的外在体现，也是一个城市的灵魂。对于济南这样一个拥有深厚历史文化的名城来说，它古往今来的风貌都镌刻在其一砖一瓦之上。

Architecture is the external manifestation of a city's spiritual civilization and the soul of a city. For a famous city with a profound history and culture, Ji Nan has been engraved on its bricks and tiles.

世茂璀璨时代售楼中心，坐落于济南市中区第一机床厂。作为“老国营”的济一厂，曾是机床行业的“十八罗汉之一”，在历史的长河中成绩斐然，因此也承载着济南人重要的记忆与情感。

S..U.N  Design built traditional terracotta bricks into the outer wall of the sales center in a very changeable form. Based on the clever continuation of the historical context of the old machine tool factory, it opened the door to the bright era with rich imagination.

The white curved walls of the reception hall constitute a minimalist space full of visual tension. The metallic reception desk has a smooth curved shape. The sculpture standing on the side is sprayed with brick red metal paint, with a deconstructive and ultra-destructive temperament.

On the moving line leading to the model area, the brand display area realized by LED lighting combined with programming technology. The light-emitting lights are layered on the black back panel.

The outdoor red brick is used in the model area in a more modern form. The red bricks overlap out-of-order and are arranged along an arc in the opposite direction of each floor. Finally, they are compiled into a complete circle, and together with the tall arched ceiling, forming a magnificent field.

At the moment when the rough material began to gradually return, the red bricks fired by clay exudes a charming simplicity, while the glass bubble bricks are shining like crystals, showing a transparent and light texture under the light, full of rich Industrial atmosphere .

After the entire skylight is constructed, the glass bricks are scattered along the direct path of natural light on the red brick wall from top to bottom, which creates a powerful collision between virtual and real, classical and future, and achieves the modern description of a traditional factory.

The negotiation area is consistent with the water bar and the finance room with a flawless white base. The gray-blue sofa and marble table create a comfortable atmosphere. Although the visual tension of the appetite is reduced, it adds a bit soft and comfortable.

The metallic decoration and huge shaped sculptures of different sizes on the wall are part of the space's infinite vision of the future. The orange block on the background wall contrasts with the blue chair, lighting up the fun of the space.

The bathroom uses a retro terrazzo floor, and the walls are constructed with smooth white undulations, creating a futuristic space atmosphere.
