GLO Advises on Listing of Molecular Data on NASDAQ
Molecular Data Inc. started trading of its 11,500,000 ADS under the ticker symbol "MKD" on the National Association of Securities Dealers Automated Quotations on 30 December 2019 in a price of US$5.38 per ADS for a total IPO size of US$61.87 million, or US$71.15 million including the over-allotment.
Molecular Data is a leading technology-driven platform in China’s chemical industry and the largest chemical e-commerce platform in China in terms of GMV in 2017 and 2018. Built upon its core knowledge engine and supported by its artificial intelligence (AI) engine and software-as-a-service (SaaS) suite, Molecular Data offers integrated solutions, including e-commerce solutions, financial solutions and warehousing and logistics solutions, to all participants across the chemical value chain mainly through its online platform。
