全体留学生：

清明节就要来临，为了同学们能够度过一个平安的假期，现就清明节放假时间及有关事宜通知如下：

一、清明放假时间为4月5日—4月7日，4月8日（星期日）开始上课。各位同学不能提前离校，逾期返校。

二、各位同学在外出期间一定要注意自己的人身安全和财产安全，保管好自己的贵重物品。留校的同学请注意安全，不要随便带陌生人回宿舍，外出时一定要记得锁房门。严格遵守紫云楼、留学生公寓、楠园及梅园宿舍的作息时间，请在宿舍关门之前返回寝室。

三、特别提醒大家千万不要在房间内使用电饭煲或电磁炉以及其他电器做饭做菜，并遵守紫云楼和留学生公寓的管理规定。

四、请遵守消防规定，严防火灾，严禁私自拆解配电箱和消防器材。室内严禁存放易燃易爆物品。

五、请大家警惕网络诈骗、短信诈骗、电话诈骗、网络贷款等新型诈骗手段，保管好自身财物。

六、如在清明节期间遇到意外，请及时跟学生工作办公室王湛明、杨昆或者陈雨曦老师联系。紫云楼前台电话是023-68253069，王老师、杨老师及陈老师的手机号码分别为15856027943，15025356263，15826069874。

RELEVANT MATTERS OF QINGMING FESTIVAL

All the international students,

    As Qingming Festival is coming, in order to have a safe vacation, several regulations have listed as follows:

1. Vacation of Qingming Festival begins on April 5 and ends on April 7. Classes begin on April 8 (Sunday).

2. Students who plan to go home or go traveling must pay attention to the safety of your properties (passport, cash, airplane ticket or train ticket etc.). Students who plan to stay on campus during the vacation, please don’t take any strangers into your room, and please remember to lock your room up when you are out. Please return to the dormitory before the close time of Ziyun Building, International Students’ Dormitory, Nanyuan `and Meiyuan Dormitory at night.   

3. Do strictly obey regulations of Ziyun Building and International Students’ Dormitory and do not cook or use electric stove in your room.

4. Observe all the safely measures when using electrical apparatus in public kitchen. Turn off electricity and gas when you leave your house or before going to bed. Do not remove or damage the fire hose and other fire-fighting equipment. Do not block the fire department use only passage.

5. Please be on guard against internet fraud, phone fraud, or message fraud, and take good care of your belongings.
