FOSI数字时代家长指南（十）：浏览社交媒体

近期，FOSI(国际家庭在线安全协会, Family Online Safety Institute)发布了成为优秀的数字时代家长的十大指南。

FOSI成立于2007年，是一个致力于推广在线责任文化，加强网上青少年保护的国际性非盈利组织。腾讯于2018年成为FOSI会员，是第一家加入网上青少年保护“国际俱乐部”的中国企业。腾讯研究院第一时间翻译了十大指南，并将在近期于腾讯研究院公众号上发布，此为系列第十篇《浏览社交媒体Navigating Social Media》。

与您的孩子讨论他们的社交媒体使用情况，并直接告知他们您的忧虑。请他们解释每个社交平台的工作原理以及他们如何保护自身安全及信息。鼓励积极的在线互动，并对他们可以发布或查看的内容类型设定明确的标准。

Talk to your kids about their social media use and address your concerns with them directly. Ask them to explain how each platform works and what they do to stay safe and protect their information.Encourage positive interactions online and set clear expectations for the types of things they can post or view.

有责任感地使用社交媒体，成为一名优秀的数字公民。鼓励您的孩子使用黄金法则，并以他们想要被对待的方式来对待他人。帮助他们深思熟虑地、冷静地参与网络世界，并以身作则提升他们的社交媒体体验。

Using social media comes with the responsibility of being a good digital citizen. Encourage your child touse the Golden Rule and treat others the way they want to be treated.Help the mengage in the online world thoughtfully and consciously,and teach them to improve their social media experience by being a good digitalrole model yourself.
