Chinese Olympic champion swimmer Sun Yang said that he had nothing to hide after a public hearing over his alleged anti-doping rule violation in Montreux, Switzerland, on Friday.

11月15日，中国奥运游泳冠军孙杨在瑞士蒙特勒出席公开听证会，对于其涉嫌违反反兴奋剂规定一事，孙杨表示自己没有什么可隐瞒的。

"The reason why I have requested that this hearing be public is that I want the whole world to know what really happened that night," said Sun.

孙杨表示，要求听证会公开审理的原因是，希望让全世界清清楚楚地知道当晚到底发生了什么。

The hearing was held by the Court of Arbitration for Sport (CAS) as the World Anti-Doping Agency (WADA) appealed against Sun Yang and the International Swimming Federation (FINA), over a previous decision by the FINA Doping Panel dated January 3, 2019, when FINA ruled that the swimmer was not guilty of an anti-doping rule violation.

此次听证会在国际体育仲裁法庭举行，对世界反兴奋剂机构诉中国游泳运动员孙杨和国际泳联案进行公开审理。此前，2019年1月3日，国际泳联作出裁决，认定孙杨不存在违反《世界反兴奋剂条例》的行为。

The whole hearing was marred by poor courtroom interpretation, which resulted in Sun Yang's lawyer, Ian Meakin, complaining at one point that "the translation was so bad."

但整个听证会却被糟糕的法庭翻译影响了，孙杨的律师伊恩·米金一度抱怨“翻译得太差了”。

Sun Yang said he had been keeping piles of photos and even video recordings detailing what really happened in his room that night between him and the three anti-doping officers, but this evidence was not admitted into the hearing.

孙杨表示，自己一直保存着大量的照片和录像，详细记录了那天晚上自己和三名反兴奋剂官员在自己房间的实况，但是法庭却没有允许他展示这些照片和录像。

The hearing ended without an immediate decision from the panel of arbitrators, and CAS says it's also impossible to give a precise date of notification of the decision at this time.

听证会结束时，仲裁团并未立即公布结果，国际体育仲裁法庭表示，最终裁定结果的确切时间目前无法确定。

The Ministry of Education on Monday dismissed worries that the removal of eight universities specializing in traditional Chinese medicine from the World Directory of Medical Schools would affect graduates' ability to obtain medical licenses.

11月18日，教育部表示，8所中医药大学被移出《世界医学院校名录》不会影响这些学校的毕业生取得医师资格。

In a response to China Daily, the ministry said TCM universities are important parts of China's medical colleges and universities, and TCM graduates have the qualifications to attend medical licensing examinations based on relevant laws.

教育部在接受中国日报采访时表示，中医药院校是中国高等医学院校不可或缺的重要组成部分，按照国家相关法律规定，中医药院校的毕业生有资格获得相应的学位，并参加执业医师资格考试。

Such a fact will not be changed or influenced by a decision made by a nongovernmental organization to remove them from its directory, the ministry said.

这一事实，不会因为一个非政府组织管理的院校名录没有收录这些中医药院校而受到影响、发生改变。

The eight delisted Chinese medical schools are Beijing University of Chinese Medicine; Guiyang College of Traditional Chinese Medicine; Heilongjiang University of Chinese Medicine; Liaoning University of Traditional Chinese Medicine; Shanghai University of Traditional Chinese Medicine; Shanxi College of Traditional Chinese Medicine; Tianjin University of Traditional Chinese Medicine; and Yunnan University of Traditional Chinese Medicine. There are still 20 TCM schools listed in the directory.

8所被除名的中医药大学包括北京中医药大学、贵阳中医药大学、黑龙江中医药大学、辽宁中医药大学、上海中医药大学、山西中医药大学、天津中医药大学、云南中医药大学。除名之后还有20所中医药大学在列。

The ministry did not specify why the eight universities had been removed from the directory.

On Thursday noon, actress Jiang Yiyan issued a statement on the domestic social network micro blog, which was reposted over 3,500 times within two hours.

The whole incident started on Oct 22, when Jiang posted a group of photos via micro blog, saying that she and the design team of her villa had received the annual US-based Architecture Masterprize (AMP). At least one individual submitted the incident to the Beijing Municipal Commission of Planning and Natural Resources. On Monday, the commission responded to the report on its official website, saying that Jiang's expansion projects on her villa had not received any official approval.
